Ademola has worked for over 15 years with some well-respected developmental organizations such as MacArthur Foundation, Global Rights (formerly known as International Human Rights Law Group), DFID Coalition for Change Programme (C4C), DFID Federal Public Administration Reform Programme (FEPAR) as a System/Network Administrator. He joined CLEEN Foundation in October 2017 as Assistant Program Officer on a project “Promoting accountability and transparency in the Administration of Criminal Justice System in Nigeria”.

He holds HND in Computer Science from Kwara State Polytechnic and also Member of Network and System Professional Association, Tampa Bay Fl, Chapter U.S.A.
