Some of the members include Justice Umeh as Chairman, Dr.Uju Nwogu member, Commissioner for Youths and Creative Economy, Prof Theresa Obiekezie, Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Mark Okoye, Commissioner for Lands, Bonaventure Enemali as members.
Others are Youth Representatives from Anambra North, Innocent Nduanya, Anambra Central, Nwabufo Nwankwo and Anambra South, Damian Ukatu.

Other representatives were Chairman Anambra National Youth Council of Nigeria, Samuel Egwuatu, Youth Leader Ohaneze Ndigbo, Chuma Okpalezeukwu and other youths organizations.
Equally among the committee are representatives from various religious organizations, Traditional Rulers’ Council, and leaders of #EndSars protesters.

TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR JUDICIAL PANEL MEMBERS
The Panel which has one (1) months from the date of its inauguration to submit its report has the following terms of reference:
i. to receive and investigate complaints of Police brutality or relating to torture, high-handedness, and alleged extra judicial killings by SARS and police in the State;
ii to evaluate evidence presented and other surrounding circumstances and draw conclusions as to the validity of the complaint(s);
iii. Recommend appropriate sanctions and proffer solutions;
iv. Recommend compensation and other remedial measures where appropriate to the State Government; and
v. To submit report to the State Government within one (1) month.

Tuesdays and Thursdays; treating 5 cases per day
