Was born on May 1, 1958. He has a Masters-Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. Today he is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Nigeria, Institute of Management (NIM) and the Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (IDAN). For over thirty (30) years he has worked in various national and international organizations with a focus on Strategic Planning, Leadership, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Administration and Human Resource Management functions as well as consulting and private accounting practice. He has extensive experience in setting up systems, documentation, preparation, presentation, interpretation of financial statements as well as financial advisory services, change management, administration, and team building and IT oversight management.

Currently, he works as Director of Institutional Services/Chief Operations Officer in the CLEEN Foundation and he is a key member of the senior management team which drives to achieve the corporate goals and objectives of the organization. His further competences among others include good communication skills, strong ability to coordinate and work in a team, excellent interpersonal relations, ability to train, guide and motivate personnel. He is target-oriented and respects timelines. He exhibits skills in leadership, mentorship, and corporate governance. He is married with children.
