Born on 1 May 1958, he holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and the Institute of Development Administration of Nigeria (IDAN).
With over 30 years of professional experience, he has worked with a range of national and international organisations, providing expertise in strategic planning, leadership, finance, accounting, auditing, administration, human resource management, consulting, and private accounting practice. He has extensive experience developing and strengthening organisational systems, documentation, and financial management processes, including preparing, presenting, and interpreting financial statements and providing financial advisory services.
His professional expertise also extends to change management, organisational administration, team building, and information technology oversight. Throughout his career, he has helped strengthen institutional systems, improve operational efficiency, and support effective organisational governance.
He currently serves as the Executive Director of CLEEN Foundation, where he provides strategic leadership and works with the senior management team to advance the Foundation’s vision, mission, corporate goals and objectives. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight across the organisation and supports the effective implementation of its programmes, policies and institutional priorities.
He has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to coordinate teams, build effective working relationships, and train, guide, and motivate personnel. He is target-oriented, committed to meeting deadlines, and brings strong competencies in leadership, mentorship, organisational development and corporate governance.
He is married and blessed with children.
