CLEEN FOUNDATION IS SET TO HELD  2ND YEAR MEMORIAL AND THE FIRST ANNUAL LECTURE IN COMMEMORATION OF INNOCENT CHUKWUEMEKA CHUKWUMA.

CLEEN FOUNDATION in collaboration with the Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Foundation recently commemorated the second-year memorial and first annual lecture in memory of our dear founder ‘MR INNOCENT CHUKWUEMEKA CHUKWUMA”. CLEEN Foundation also announced the official launch of its new office located at No. 27, Moses Majekodunmi Crescent, Utako District, Abuja. This expansion represents an important milestone for the organization and signifies her commitment to serving the society and advancing her mission.

The launch of this new office is a testament to our continued growth and success within the Justice Sector Reforms in Nigeria. It allows us to better serve our constituents and provides us with increased capacity to deliver high-quality programs/initiatives. We extend our sincere gratitude to our partners, donors, Board, and staff members for their unwavering commitment and dedication to the organization. Their support has been instrumental in making this expansion possible.

The unveiling of the new office was followed by the maiden edition of the Annual Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Impact and Legacy Lecture Series beginning with the 1st edition titled “Innocent Chukwuma: A Legacy of Character, Competence and Capacity in Building Institutions” under the distinguished Chairmanship of Dr. Oby Ezekwesili as Guest speaker, amongst other pacesetters in the CSO space. As a foundation, we will continue to uphold the memory and legacy of our Founder, Late Innocent Chukwuma.

Described as “Africa’s leading expert on police and law enforcement reform,” Chukwuma was motivated into activism by his participation in Student Union activities. With the same quiet and charming attributes, he was known in his university days in the discharge of duty, Chukwuma whole-hearted joined the pro-democracy community that led key giant strides in the country under the military rule led by President Sani Abacha. He was a life-long learner known for his outstanding contributions to National and Institutional economy, social policy, political, sociology, and development.

Our solidarity is always with him and his beloved family! May his legacy continues to illuminate the global community.
