CLEEN Foundation, TAG International and Clean Hert Community (CHC) Foundation Inspire Youth Through Boxing

When Anthony Joshua says “lace up,” we lace up – but this time it’s for community resilience. Partnering with Anthony Joshua, an emblem of perseverance and dedication, the initiative aims to provide an empowering platform where youth can harness their potential. Through structured training sessions and mentorship programs, participants are not only learning the technical aspects of boxing but are also ingraining values such as respect, perseverance, and teamwork.

This initiative is more than just a sports program; it serves as a holistic development opportunity for young individuals. It addresses important issues such as mental health, leadership skills, and community involvement. Workshops and seminars complement the physical training, offering a balanced approach to personal growth. CLEEN Foundation joined forces with Clean Hert Community (CHC), founded by the Nigerian-British boxing champion, to inspire young people through sports. The first joint session kicked off at the Elite Boxing Gym in Victoria Island, followed by activities at Bridge House College in Ikoyi alongside TAG International and CLEEN’s PREVENT Structures team.

The collaboration uses boxing to teach discipline, teamwork, and self-belief while promoting community resilience. Over the coming weeks, the initiative will expand to three LGAs in Lagos, turning gyms into spaces of empowerment and peace.
